Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a Craft-along?

A: A Craft-along is an opportunity to work alongside, and be inspired by, fellow crafters who are working on similar projects. Craft-alongs are not instructional, but we may share some tips and resources along the way.

Q: How do I join one of the Craft-alongs?

A: You can purchase a membership to one or more of the Craft-alongs. The cost to join is $15 per Craft-along. This includes all the sessions (in person or virtual) for that Craft-along, as well as a 15% discount off yarn and needles/hooks purchased for your Craft-along project. Once you have joined one of the Craft-alongs, you can contact us if you would like a free refresher lesson on a skill needed for your project.

Q:  Can I use yarn from my stash for the Craft-along projects?

A: Yes, you are welcome to use stash yarn for these Craft-alongs.

Q:  Can I use the 15% discount online?

A: Yes, you can contact us via email to request a coupon code. You can also call us during store hours to make your purchase by phone with the 15% discount.

Q: Is there a deadline for joining the Craft-alongs?

A: No, but it would be nice to have your yarn and be ready to begin on session one.

Q: What if I can’t finish my project by the end of the Craft-along?

A: There is no pressure to work at any particular pace during the Craft-alongs. If you want more time to work alongside other crafters, our free Open Crafting sessions are perfect for that! We would love it if you shared a photo of your finished project whenever it is ready!
