Parking
A visit to The Endless Skein will be fiber satisfaction and a day in Cold Spring is well worth the trip. Parking in our small village can be challenging. Cold Spring values its visitors as well as its residents. Please make sure you park legally and in a manner so as not to disrupt the lives of those who reside in the Village.
We do have our own small parking lot for your use while you are in the store.
Most streets in Cold Spring have parking available during the week. Be sure to read the signs for time limits and other restrictions, particularly along Main Street and in the business district.
The Village of Cold Spring has a small municipal parking lot at 49 Fair Street with metered parking.
Metro North has a large parking lot on Market Street. On weekends and holidays, the parking there is free.
If entering our building presents any difficulty for you, please call us from the parking lot and we will help.
Note Recent Changes!
As of March 1, 2024, many side streets are restricted to residents (permit-only) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Starting April 1, 2024, metered parking is in effect from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Main Street Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Metered spots on Main Street cost $4 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours. You can pay for Main Street parking at a kiosk or using your SmartPhone (download the ParkMobile app or use one of the other options shown on the sign below). There is a parking kiosk located in front of Studio Tashtego at 158 Main Street and another in front of Village Hall at 85 Main Street.
