Class Cancellations
If a class is postponed by the shop due to weather, an attempt will be made to reschedule. If the class is rescheduled and the student cannot attend that date, they will be given a store credit to be used for a future class (not merchandise).
If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, tuition will be refunded.
If a student does not attend a class for which they have registered, they forfeit the cost of the class.
If a student wishes to withdraw from a class, then they will contact the store owner. Please keep in mind that consideration will be made to the instructor of the class who has spent time and money in preparation for presenting the class. Rarely will we be able to issue a refund.
Yarn Choices for Classes
Most of the class fees go directly to our instructors. We’re counting on you to support The Endless Skein with your yarn purchases. In our classes, we appreciate when you choose to work with yarn purchased at the store. Of course, we love to shop for yarn at fiber festivals and other local yarn shops too. We understand that every once in a while you may feel inspired to use yarn from outside of the store.
If you are looking for a particular yarn that you don’t see in the store, please let us know! We welcome suggestions by phone or email or in person.
