Worldwide Knit in Public Day

Join us for Worldwide Knit in Public Day, Saturday, June 8! Craft with us! Our sidewalks will be full of crafters all day. Pull up a chair and knit or crochet with us (or sew, weave, etc. -- bring whatever you're working on). All are welcome! Picture shows smiling people knitting outdoors.

We've got so much planned for WWKIP Day! An indie yarn trunk show, a new fiber art installation, yarn painting workshops -- read on!

Yarn Painting Workshops!

Gail of Hudson Highlands Co. will lead hands-on yarn dyeing workshops here at the store on Worldwide Knit in Public Day! You will be painting 2 skeins of yarn (or sock blanks) with acid dyes to create your own one-of-a-kind masterpieces!

The WWKIP Day workshops are now sold out, but Gail will be back in July by popular demand for one more Natural Dye Workshop!
