After you purchase Project Help or reach out to us via our Contact Form, we will email you for scheduling. Please check your email junk box if you do not see an email from us.

We will reply to messages during store hours. On weekends, response times may be a bit slower.

 
When making an appointment, please tell us what pattern you are working on and what type of help you need (knit/crochet, help choosing or understanding a pattern, fixing a dropped stitch, etc.).

All help appointments are in person.
