Your First Sweater: The Cardigan Class
$175.00 USD
CraftKnit Class

For Knitter's & Crocheters | Beginner-Friendly Sweater Making

There's a moment every fiber artist remembers: the first time you pull a handmade sweater over your head. It fits because you made it fit. This class is about getting you to that moment.

Whether you pick up needles or a hook, you'll spend this class building real sweater-making skills — not just following a pattern, but understanding why each step matters, so every sweater you make after this one is a little easier than the last.

We'll cover it all, from swatching and gauge (yes, we promise to make it painless) all the way through blocking, seaming, and finishing touches. You'll leave with a wearable cardigan and the confidence to make another.

🪝 Crochet Session: The Aria Cardigan by Grace Forthefrills

A textured cardigan that proves crochet sweaters can be just as polished and wearable as knits. Also worked in DK weight yarn, with customizable options so your finished piece reflects your own style.
